A 50% deposit (MC, VISA, or DISCOVER) will be required to hold the time. If you prefer to CALL: 970-881-2142. Leave a message if necessary, and we will return your call as soon as possible. Calls will be handled in the order in which they were received.
POLICIES - ALL CABINS: NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO TENTS, NO OUTDOOR FIRES.
ALL CABINS ARE COMPLETELY FURNISHED, HAVE BATHROOMS W/SHOWERS, COMPLETE KITCHENS, KING OR QUEEN BEDS, TV & DVD PLAYERS AND PROPANE GRILLS OUTSIDE.
WE WILL NEED: Name, address, phone #, Email address, number of adults (age 13 & up), paying children (age 6 through 12), & children (under age 6). A 50% deposit will be required to hold time. We take MC, VISA, & DISCOVER. (Call with CC number, or leave message and we will return your call as soon as possible.)
BIGHORN CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are refundable minus a fee of $25 per night reserved, with 30 days notice of cancellation. Without 30 days notice, you will be responsible for ALL charges - no refund.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS APPLY FOR WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, plus the ELK cabin is rented BY THE WEEK, Saturday to Saturday, beginning mid-June through September. Please ask about exceptions to this requirement.
Basic Cabin Rates (first 2 guests), per night: Ram - $130, Buck & Ewe - $150, Lamb & Lion's Den - $170, ELK - $220 (or weekly - $1250). Discounts will be applied for stays longer than 2 nights.
Rates, per night, for additional guests: Adults (age 13 & up)- $15, paying children (age 6 through 12) - $8, children (under age 6) - no charge.
Each cabin has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Ram, Buck, & Ewe - Max 4; Lamb - Max 5; Lion's Den & Elk - Max 6.
